Right on, Corey! The advantages of referral business go far beyond how inexpensive they are. The ideal customer sets an appointment before they stop-in, and normally briefs the "recommended" rep as to what they're shopping for. That's more of the rule than an exception with referred customers. And with them, price is often a secondary consideration. I could go on, but this is your post. Just know referral generation is a key result of the work I've been doing for dealerships for over 20 years and you're definitely "on the money" with your video!
