Excellent. The Theory of Contrast makes a powerful statement about the impact of psychology on selling. Good message with some nice take aways like: "A good negotiation requires everyone to win something."

I have seen this technique used for so many years by my mother. She is a flea market expert & does it second nature. You have done a good job of explaining this into the automotive environment.
