Comment by Bobby Compton on March 14, 2012 at 11:48am @ Stanley, truly appreciate your input. You are spot on, in some cases there's knee jerk reactions rather than comfort in process.
My motivation in sharing this video is to identify this issue, and to share that success can be created through the power of process.
Process is designed for average individuals to succeed in the most extraordinary of ways!~
I like the way you include your picture and contact info here,- your tag line say's everything about your passion "I am a Car Guy. Am I yours?"
Comment by Stanley Esposito on March 14, 2012 at 11:19am "Get everybody comfortable" That is a great idea. It is unfortunately the opposite of what really goes on. Most management teams think the only way to motivate is change the pay plan and make them uncomfortable. Great job Bobby! Look forward to seeing more.

@ Ron Jarrell, you are spot on, no question about it a customer can feel the panic and negativity in the air! Thanks for your comment my friend.
Comment by Ron Jarrell on March 14, 2012 at 6:50am Negativity spreads in a dealership, quickly. It also spreads to the customer.
Comment by Leonard Buchholz on March 13, 2012 at 12:26pm Process, Process, Process! Then add Proactive! Now that's a good tip!

Comment by Joe Clementi on March 10, 2012 at 11:18am Bobby, excellent video my friend! The sales month isn't a sprint...it's a marathon run. Processes make the improvements much easiser. Processes help define the end result by clearly explaining what is expected. Here's my rule: every deal, every day, every customer...without exception!
Comment by Marsh Buice on March 9, 2012 at 8:34pm BC, great stuff brother. It does start from the top! Panic isnt a pandemic if there is a process. Work your process, dont let your emotions pimp you. (I think the old sales manager's ears in the picture will be mine in a few years...lol)
