@ Stanley, truly appreciate your input. You are spot on, in some cases there's knee jerk reactions rather than comfort in process.

My motivation in sharing this video is to identify this issue, and to share that success can be created through the power of process.

Process is designed for average individuals to succeed in the most extraordinary of ways!~

"Get everybody comfortable" That is a great idea. It is unfortunately the opposite of what really goes on. Most management teams think the only way to motivate is change the pay plan and make them uncomfortable. Great job Bobby! Look forward to seeing more.

Negativity spreads in a dealership, quickly.  It also spreads to the customer.

Bobby, excellent video my friend! The sales month isn't a sprint...it's a marathon run.  Processes make the improvements much easiser.  Processes help define the end result by clearly explaining what is expected.  Here's my rule: every deal, every day, every customer...without exception!

BC, great stuff brother. It does start from the top! Panic isnt a pandemic if there is a process. Work your process, dont let your emotions pimp you. (I think the old sales manager's ears in the picture will be mine in a few years...lol)
