@ Ernie - I've found that cutting to the chase, identifying a clients concerns rather than trying to overcome them, only to offer solution to them generally well received and appreciated. Something to be said for genuine concern and problem solving. 

@ Kevin - You and me both my friend, let's keep inviting all the friends we can here to dealerELITE and everyday moving forward all of our contributions will have a positive effect on at least one individual in this world. Thank you for your kind words and encouragement.

Well done Bobby.  I really like the video.  Why do you say that?  Is the simplest, most direct way to understanding the concern and obstacle your customer sees to ownership.

@ Kurtis - Thank you my friend; I've learnt to be a motivational listener, within the first 30 days on the job as a salesman I was taught that the client will tell me how to sell them, all it takes is asking the right questions and to truly pay attention. I find deals are blown when we impose our will and not the will of the clients. And thank you my friend, I truly appreciate the feedback and encouragement in putting together the Black Belt Series of training vidz here on dealerELITE...
