The old days of the feature/benifet/justifying the price...well that is never going to go away completely. But with the quality of all the makes and models getting so good, and pricing getting so competitive and consistent between dealerships...Well, it truly is All about the relationship.
The customers want to find a friend in the car business-somebody they can trust. They'll find a good price, what they want is a salesperson worthy of their trust to get them that price.
