@Mark, I love Walk The Wheel! There are plenty of opportunities but just like a contest, you must be present to win. Great insight Mark. Thanks for viewing and commenting sir.

@ Jim, you hit it on the head. It is the little, seemingly subtle differences that reap the largest dividends. Less than 2 strokes in golf equals triple the purse money. Same with our business. Thanks Jim for viewing and commenting.

Great video Marsh! That's what is known as the Winner's Walk. Never ever stop! WALK THE WHEEL - Walk the wheel of possibility. There are always ways to change the decision and to add value or give an option you have not given. Just walk. People are loften looking for magic button closes when it is something so simple but yet so effective as just walking. Great video and good job my friend. Love it!

Marsh, its the little things that make the difference.  This is one of those 'little things' that makes the difference between a good and great.  Thanks for pointing it out so succinctly.

Bobby you are spot on- even in a hostile situation, stay with your customer. Like you I've had customers jump up and roll out, I went right out the door with them and while kneeling down and the cust trying to leave, they'd change their mind. I think one can develop a great set of skills if they respectfully stay with the customer until the last second. Thanks my brother for your support.

Keep walking! never stop looking for options until the customer calls it quits. Solid advice.
