There is never been a better time in history for the general public to have access to vast amounts of information. The Internet empowers anyone who wants to learn so much information and knowledge that was once only available to those who could afford such things.  The 20th century was a time of great advancement in the topic of self-improvement.  Those who achieved great fortunes during the industrial period of American history, felt obligated to share their knowledge of success secrets to those who were willing to commit to learning the process.

In more recent years, is has become clear that the mind is a computer.  Whatever is programmed into it, will come out of it.  If nothing is programmed into it, nothing will come out of it.  Or as someone once noted: “You are what you eat!”  In other words, if you stop learning you stop growing. What goes in your mind affects the actions you will take or the outcome you will experience.

‘Think and Grow Rich’ author Napoleon Hill said, “You are the master of your destiny. You can influence, direct and control your own environment. You can make your life what you want it to be.”  What he meant by this is that it is up to you to change and grow your life, and the way that you do that is by learning new things and putting them into action in your life.  If you do what successful people do, and think like successful people think, you raise the chances for your own success substantially.

Successful people never stop learning as they are hungry for new ideas and new ways to achieve their goals for success.  They are not happy with the status quo, but are always seeking to improve their skills and abilities, as well as their lot in life.  Successful people are willing to pay the price for success.  They learn new things and put them into action, fully expecting that the results will be self-improvement and bringing them closer to achieving their own goals.

Have you stopped growing?

A wonderful theory -- but from what I have seen in this business - there is reluctance to accept techniques hi-tech makes possible. When Lincoln brought-out their "Live Video Concierge" lead response I felt sure that Ford would follow and that did not happen.I even copied it and dealers did not want it. I still think it is beautiful.
