DealerELITE: Can you tell us a little bit more Women Talk Auto? 

Lizelle Landino: I have always been an advocate for women in the automotive industry and it has always been a cause extremely close to my heart. I wanted to create and online community  a "home" focused to empower women initiatives in our industry. This community will bring focus to automotive women and automotive professionals from all facets of the industry.  The "MarketPlace" to exchange and engage best practices and share the resources that will empower our industry.

Lizelle Landino: We are excited about bringing more value and better efforts to support the continued education within our industry. Our entire industry is ever changing and extremely competitive. We believe that education should be part of our daily routine! We will offer members a monthly subscription option at a very minimal fee. Members will have direct access to top notch education , live training sessions, live webinars, training videos and much more. 

DealerELITE: Why did you become a member of DealerElite and when?

Lizelle Landino: I joined DealerElite over 3 years ago and it has been the most motivating community experience I have ever experienced. DealerElite has some of the most amazing and inspiring people that I have ever met! In fact is is because of DealerElite that I discovered my most admired mentor in this industry! I would have not been here today without the continued encouragement and support from all my great DealerElite friends. DealerElite is where I found my inspiration and where I found encouragement through great achievements of others! 

DealerELITE: What do you like best about this community?

Lizelle Landino: I have to admit that I really love that this is a "No Business Pitch" environment. It is a place where we can escape from the daily number crunch and price game. I dont think many people have the ability to reach their full potential and grow unless we are able to let our guard down. Who the heck can relax and feel comfortable when its always a pitch?  DealerElite has created a fantastic motivational community that allows people to deeply connect!  DealerElite is a community that cares about where people are going and not where they come from.
