Advertising for salespeople and getting alot of resumes is good. Having a AutoMax National trainer there to intervieu them all is great. "But, unless they take The Car Sales Simulator, you’ll never know their true sales potential" Is priceless ! It is the sure fire way to know who you really got that can make the sales.
By utilizing both the Live Trainer and Simulator, It's basically a win win for the Dealer. Finally there's a "Proof in the Pudding" result after training class is complete!! Exciting times.

Finding salespeople is easy - but are they the right ones? Every manager has hired that one person that they thought would come in a rip the ball off the cover, and they don't. Ever manager has hired that one person that you didn't think would make it a week - and two years later, they still lead the board. We have a great tool to assist any dealership to find the ones you are looking for - more importantly, your retention will increase. This is a great addition to the AutoMax portfolio of services.
So true Dan,many times I have hired a salesperson,they get on the floor and it's like who the heck are you? Did you send your twin in to interview for you?

From the feedback I have been receiving, the applicants really enjoy doing the Simulator.  For many, it has convinced them they are pursuing the career that was meant for them!
I am excited by the addition of the Car Simulator to the offerings at automax Recruiting and Trainng. I can now be sure that the dealers that I am recruiting and training  for are getting the true pictiure of the people we find for them.
