Hi, This is Tim's wife and I have a question that has gone unanswered for quite some time. I figured I would put it out there and maybe someone can shed some light on this for me........

Why are the majority of the dealers out there want to get the most out of their employees, but pay them as little as possible? Not just money, but respect and appreciation for the job that these people do.

How hard is it to treat people the way you want to be treated?

If more of the owners had this mindset there would be less of a turn over and more of a cohesive network of employees.

A Lot of dealers forget where they came from.  They catch meitus.  All they have to do is realize what the Porter or the WashBoy does and how important they are to his or her dealership. I suggest that they spend 2 hours a year in each position in the store. This would help.
