What seminars/trainers do you recommend for Sales Management/Manager training? How about F&I?

Chris, are you looking for something for yourself, or for the employees of the dealership. Without knowing what your role is in the dealership it's hard to make recommendations. Tell me a little more and I think I can help you. I don't have a dog in the hunt as I am not a trainer or vendor. I have sat in every chair in the front end of dealerships, and , have always been extremely successful. I believe that "every day the sun rises in the east---and we train".

Oh, and I forgot to ask the most important question. What problem are you trying to solve?

We have a great management training program.  Our focus is leadership; the difference between "management" vs. "supervision", actively approaching the job of management from the direction of, "Training your Replacement".  What this does is create a culture of cultivation and peer mentorship.  It influences volume, gross and CSI in a positive way, and corporate growth that is a direct result of individual growth.  Our course includes sales people and service advisers, since they are their managers "internal customer" and when they are empowered to hold managers accountable, everything in your store increases exponentially.
