Thanks for the request Allen- This is a great networking site where dealers, vendors, and manufacturers are able to sharw their ideas and expertise. I personally come with 9 years as a Zone Manager with FMC and many years of dealership experience with Toyota, Lexus, and Chevrolet. I now get to work with every manufacturer in my current position which is extremely excitiing for me. There is nothing vetter than to watch margin, traffic, percent of market area, and profit grow in a dealership. I see you have a similar background to me. I was the GSM at MacCausland for 18yrs. We sold in Nov 07, and I went to work for Karr-Barth as an advisor. I stayed for a little less than 2yrs. I deeply missed the auto industry, and I was an outside advisor for a dealer in West Chester. I am looking for a new car dealership to call home who could benefit from my management experience in all areas of my past dealership.
