Mat - with all of the data mining we procure from women's reviews, we put our deep vertical expertise to use and educate, educate, educate.  Dealers who soak it up  'get it' and are highly engaged in our brand reputation services are selling 4-8 more cars a month -- which equates to an ave of $1.5M - 3M more sales a year! Its not difficult, but it does take intentionality and new actions.

David, I havent seen any studies in that area and you bring up a good point. The bottom line is the top three reasons that has women buy from a sales advisor (regardless of gender)is they are:
1. Trusting
2. Respectful
3. Knowledgable

I'd like to see some real research that can tell us whether or not most women prefer to deal with another woman as sales person or with a male...  or if it makes any difference.  Surveys done by people not looking to prove an initial premise are best.  There are many cultural changes that need to be made in dealerships.  It is WAY too male dominated of a culture.  IMHO.

Paul-- thanks for your comments! So many dealers feel exactly as you do and are utilizing reviews by women via our platform to take advantage of being certified -- and market wisely to this powerful buying segment.

This make total sense as there is a significant different between men and women shoppers and their expectations at dealerships. A recent survey shows women are almost 50% more likely to rely on online reviews than men and according to JD Power research - when it comes to reviews, women are more generous than men when rating their dealership experience. So why not have a website that is totaly devoted to women reviewing their car shopping/buying experience?
