Many dealers seem to be "philosophically" against tools that replace HR sales drudgery with I.T. Even today many have never or rarely sent an e-blast - and certainly most salesmen haven't. Maybe there is something very "traditional" and comforting about "pounding-the-phones" like a proper auto sales professional should.
