Is there a checklist you recommend for dealers for the forms or notices they need to have for customers in order to be Red Flag Compliant?? I am trying to make sure my dealerships are compliant, they currently provide customers with Privacy Notices, Risk Base, Adverse Action. Am I missing anything? Recommendations.
