Does anyone have experience with Dealerfire?  How does their current web platform compare to others you have experienced?  Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Great people and great company. Great products. I highly recommend them.
Arguably one of the best automotive web design companies out there.  There art dept is second to none.  If you're looking for a way to drive more customers to your dealership by means of a website look no further.  Always available by phone or email to make changes in a better then industry standard amount of time.

They are really good guys. Just hooked up a Canadian dealer with their services. Their reviews on DealerRefresh and DrivingSales also go along way.

The rep I dealt with , Matthew Cole is a really good guy that is not pushy and promises what he delivers.

Erick, it took me over 6 month to pick out a new web site vendor for our Group, 4 roof tops + Fiat (coming soon), I have talked to everyone under the sun that dose webpages for Automotive Industry, and picked DealerFire. You will not find a better company to work with. Support is outstanding, by far batter then any company I’ve used in last 10 years. On January 18th we launched our new website, about a week later I ran reports in our ILM to see how many leads I'm getting, let's just say we have tripled amount of leads in 25 day vs. 2 month on our old platform. Anyhow, now I need more people in my Internet Departments to keep up with customer demand. Google Analytics is blowing up, people spent twice as much time on my website and bounce rate was cut in half. Believe me; your moneys are well spent with Dealer Fire. If you need to get a hold of me, feel free  jackb@palmen.com cell 262-705-1749  take a look www.palmen.com

Jack,

That's a great looking site.  I love how they integrate a Wordpress blog that is a sub domain of your site.  I'm a total bloggoholic and I guarantee if you keep posting content about your dealership, inventory, service, and reviews your going to see you Analytics go in to Maximum Overdrive.

I tell dealers to try for 1 post a week to get the ball rolling.  It's great to take 5 minutes in your weekly meetings and have the team come up with some blog topics.  The DealerFire boys know SEO and can give you a real easy "how to" guide on properly using Titles and Descriptions to rank for your City and surrounding areas.

Having been in the car business on the corporate and retail level for 13 years I can tell you that it's truly hard to find a company that delivers what they promise.  Dealing with vendors and the like, sadly I almost expect to be disappointed.

Dealerfire is the opposite- Eric Hoopman, the owner answered my support calls on Saturday and spent time explaining their new page creation feature long after 9pm THAT NIGHT!   The support team headed by Leif Richards is fantastic as well.  There arent options for departments. 9/10 times support answers the phone.  A support person that can fix your issue or add to your site ON THE SPOT.

With Dealerfire you get the opportunity for true customization regarding creative, social and SEO.  I am about results.  The best website doesnt mean much unless you increase leads, conversions, and ultimately sales.  My web traffic DOUBLE since we switched from Dealer.com.  And by the way, it doubled on a MICROSITE!   Better yet, I have the analytics to prove it.  (contact me at joechura@gmail.com and I will be happy to show you and talk).  Furthermore, both the stores in our group had tripled sales from the previous year and we landed among the #2 in TOTAL SALES for the Chicago Region (based out of 4 states and over 350 dealers) and among the TOP 100 Dealers in the Nation fro TOTAL INTERNET SALES.  The previous year we weren't even in the map.

If you are in the market for a new site there is truly only ONE choice- Dealerfire!

Thanks for the responses.  I was very impressed with them in our initial interview.

if you are with another company, time to do some serious research. Call Matt Cole, he has been our sales rep and has stayed involved for months now after we've signed up to make sure we are getting everything we need and even recommending great ideas/changes to consistently improve our sites. his personal cell is ALWAYS on and he doesnt know what 'work hours' means. a true hardworking hungry professional that loves what he does and has the team to back it up and execute! awesome tech support team, they teach you how to edit everything yourself and NO request is too custom for them. I have thrown a lot at them and they never complain or act as if I'm a bother, etc. They are appreciative and have an attitude of gratitude. we were with Cobalt before and they barely knew what SEO meant compared to DealerFire. We now have a 'turn on a dime' small company that is coupled with established big company-like results. Highly recommend.
