Pat,

Thanks for the imput. If I understood you, you agreed with the Attitude being important. Attitude is like a muscle. If you work it everyday you will be strong. Zig Z says it is like taking a bath, you need it everyday. I can only tell you that I have focused on my Attitude for the past 12 years and it is strong MOST of the time. There are many ways to work on it as you may well know. I have been blogging for the past few years and have a book in the works about Attitude.

Yes we do need to bring our enthusiasm to the process and sometimes we don't, there are reasons or excuses but we should be on the game all the time. It is easier talking about it,dealing with the public can be great or dire. The one that gets someone down, takes them out of the game for the rest if the day. We need the ability to dust ourselves off and go NEXT and be positive the next customer is buying. We need to motivate our colleagues throughout the day.
