<p><b>Job Description:</b></p>
<p>The Account Director will manage the day-to-day duties of a team comprised Account Executives, Account Coordinators and Regional Performance Consultants. Additionally, they will direct priorities of data analysts and designers who are aligned to support their team. The primary goal of this position is to serve our clients to perfection. The resulting success will be a team of knowledgeable and driven employees coupled with a 95% client retention rate.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p>In addition to staff management and growth, the Account Director will be responsible for the following, as well as additional company needs that arise:</p>
<ul>
<li>Client Retention</li>
<li>Increased Client Budgets</li>
<li>Client Launches</li>
<li>Process management for projections, orders, proofs, and reporting</li>
<li>Employee and Cross-Department Training</li>
<li>Distribution of Industry News</li>
<li>Manage at-risk clients back to health</li>
<li>Conflict Resolution</li>
<li>Develop team goals and expectations</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Skills and Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Automotive and Advertising industry background(s) preferred</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to lead and support a team of account professionals</li>
<li>Ability to think strategically and execute tactically</li>
<li>Ability to lead and be persuasive in client meetings</li>
<li>Ability to up-sell an existing customer</li>
<li>Ability to work within and manage assigned budgets within CRM software</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage projects from start to completion</li>
<li>Ability to develop strong and meaningful relationships with clients</li>
<li>Ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic work environment</li>
