Fran is awesome.  He knows and shares with sales folks, that if people like and trust you they will buy from you. 

I hope he tells these people to never say, "I want to earn your business." as that is a dead giveaway that they really do not care and just want to sell a car.  We need to show by our actions that we want their business.
