Today’s Showroom… As diverse as the world outside it!

 

More and more we are finally seeing dealers slip away from the stereotypical cliché of what a “car salesman” should be or look like…


… And what a better world that is!


It is so refreshing to walk into a showroom where you can’t tell apart the customers from the sales staff… A fusion if you will!


What other industry will embrace with open arms a high school dropout or double master degree college graduate? Or where a college graduate can actually be an employee at a dealership the high school dropout owns or vice versa!
An even playing field where the same opportunities are ripe for the plucking!


…. Where only the committed survive to sell another day!
Despite your past failures or successes… You can fix them, start over again or regain what once was…
It’s never too early or late to stake what is yours… If you want it badly enough!


This country has been founded and established to be the home of the free and brave… with our ancestors immigrating from all over the globe.


… and they all own and drive cars!
… and will continue to do so!


Men and Women alike of all races, religion, and ages!
An industry that is a direct stimulant to our economy and for every car sold countless are kept employed…
A launching pad or stepping stone to a long endless list of career opportunities stemming from this magnificent marvel of machinery!


Everyday people from all walks of life come together as one… united we stand!
A chance to change their lives and determine and seize their worth…
The public can now purchase the vehicle of their dreams from someone they can relate to someone who thinks and looks just like them…


The doctor can become the patient and the student can become the teacher…


Yes your showroom should be as diverse as the product line you sell…
This is no longer your mommy and daddy’s showroom of yester year…


Rather the showroom of today… Our showroom created equal for one and all…
So go ahead Mr. Dealer hang up your plaid jackets, burn your white shoes & retire the gold pinky rings…
No more keys on the roof or wire tapped offices…


Welcome laborers, busboys, waiters, waitresses, bartenders, janitors, accountants, lawyers, cops, military and everyone else…


Where collars are monochromatic… not white or blue just Red, White & Blue!
A showroom representing all the vehicles from all across the globe where the language of their drivers are universal despite their native tongue…

Afterall what does a customer look like? Hopefully your answer is my salesforce!


Fight adversity and diversify… Your bottom line will never be the same!
