MenuVantage Solutions Manager (MVSM) – Central US home office – covering entire United States

 

 
COMPENSATION:     Base = Varies by Geography; $65,000 range + Annual Target Bonus = $45,000 – 1st year on target earnings = $110,000

 

Mileage reimbursement at the rate listed in the Dealer Travel Policy, up to a maximum of $700/month

$200 per month for entertainment expenses.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We have an immediate opening available for a MenuVantage Solutions Manager (MVSM).  This MenuVantage Solutions Manager is responsible for developing new partnerships and managing and enhancing the existing relationships ADP/MenuVantage has with its vertical marketing channel & channel partners (providers/agencies/individual agents). The goal is to maximize the revenue ADP/MenuVantage recognizes from each of these partners and ensure ADP/MenuVantage is meeting their needs.

This is a sales and consulting career that requires intimate knowledge of F&I and electronic menus and the ability to demonstrate and sell software and services for F&I. A key job element will be presentations which may be remote or in person to larger opportunities and groups in which the position will be perceived as an expert in F&I and in MenuVantage solutions. The ultimate goal is to grow the Dealer base and sales volume. There will be a need for frequent product demonstrations and presentations to be performed. You will be responsible to support other sales channels in accomplishing sales as well as accomplishing sales on your own.

Create business relationships in both ADP and Competitive Accounts in a large geographic area. Increase incremental revenue to ADP clients and grow new market share through conquest sales. Work in conjunction with all of your channel and baseline partners to increase sales opportunities in ADP/MenuVantage solutions in both ADP Clients and Conquest Accounts. Achieve annual assigned sales plan, working under guidance of VP of Retail Solutions. Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in communications needed. Proven sales track-record with 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, specifically in the areas of electronic menus, CRM and front-end solutions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

*   Developing and fostering existing F&I agent and corporate partner relationships

 

*   Developing select channel partners and exceed established software sales quotas

 

*   Performing In-Dealership and Remote presentations of ADP/MenuVantage to dealership executives

 

*   Managing leads and opportunities and work with the ADP/MenuVantage Sales Team and agents or resellers to find ways to close each opportunity

 

*   Maintaining an intimate knowledge of ADP/MenuVantage product functionality and understanding of the client’s business issues it addresses

 

*   Recommending product enhancements (Expected to represent the end-user and field needs)  

 

*   Introducing and training new features and ensuring overall enthusiasm with the ADP/MenuVantage relationship that drives market penetration and revenue with ADP sales organization as well our agent partners

 

*   Sustaining knowledge of competition’s strengths and weaknesses and share any new findings with sales team, agents and resellers

 

*   Large group presentations conducted for ADP Sales partners and agents with an emphasis on current trends and opportunities in the industry as it pertains to the MenuVantage products or our areas of expertise 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Prior software and sales management experience in the automotive industry with a comprehensive knowledge of the F&I department including electronic menus, terminology, industry statistics and best practices. The confidence and the ability to speak to and manage the enthusiasm of large groups of people. A history of interacting and consulting with Dealership Principals and Executives. Proficiency with PCs, internet and software. Working knowledge of R&R and ADP is preferred.

 

  • Extensive understanding of the automobile retail business
  • 3-5 years experience in the Dealership vertical; specially selling finance & insurance to customers and using an electronic menu
  •  3-5 years experience selling insurance services directly to an automobile dealership
  • Knowledge of automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries preferred
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience highly desired/preferred
  • 3-5 months of job related formal sales training
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% or more is required
  • Travel by plane is necessary

  • Knowledge of automotive, finance & insurance and technology industries preferred
