A lot of the time when we need to fill positions within our dealerships we start out with the best of intentions. But then reality sets in and there a thousand other things that need to get done. In the craziness of the day we forget to return an email from a job candidate or two. Although it may not seem like a big deal at the time, here is the message that is sending to those would be CUSTOMERS.  

44 percent of workers who didn’t hear back from an employer when they applied for a job said they have a worse opinion of that employer.  In a separate study, 32 percent of job candidates said they are less likely to purchase a product from a company who didn’t respond to their job application.

Be careful of what your NOT saying to your customers/job candidates!
