With 20+ years in the automotive sales I am still learning on a daily basis. As the full-time sales trainer at my dealership I continue to incorporate training techniques that I am learning with my own particular style to develop quality salespeople at my dealership. I look forward to sharing effective ideas with success oriented people within the industry. I believe that some of the techniques and training that I have adapted to our specific marketplace will be useful throughout the industry. As we share viable ideas and strategies with the Elite in the industry those of us that seek to become better and continue to improve our profession will succeed at that goal. I want to be a contributing part of that drive to success and improvement.
