Field experience regarding dealer trades / relationships and
particulars of problems encountered with F&I errors on closing delivery deals in the field and problems associated therewith.
A specific instance is the requirement by some entities that a
mandatory signing of an indigenous dealer arbitration agreement be a prerequisite for a sale to an end user. Many
customers object vehemently to this usurpation of their
constitutional rights just to buy a vehicle. How can this be
overcome and is it EVEN LEGAL in the Uniform Commercial
Code as annotated.
