- Mark Wright is a businessman entrepreneur possessing a wide-angled and original outlook as well as diverse multidisciplinary knowledge and skill. My leadership style is based on active involvement, listening, and open communication, empowerment of all stakeholders and on establishing conditions where everyone can cooperate and perform at their best. I enjoy motivating people, delving into new areas, analysing it from multiple non-orthodox angles and finding creative and synergistic solutions to the challenges it poses.
I have acquired my experience in building and managing businesses and organisations through hard work, international travel, ongoing self education, and being highly proactive, I’m always learning and always asking questions. I enjoy being with people from diverse disciplines and cultures, religions and political views, however I reserve the right to manage if given the authority or position to do so. My core "buzz" thrive is based on finding solutions to problems and delivering the results.
