30 years experience in the service and parts industry. I've held positions as a technician, service advisor, shop foreman, manufacturers rep, service and parts director, fixed operations mgr over multiple stores, operations manager. Started with DealerPro as a fixed operations trainer and now am the director of sales. I've sat on numerous advisory boards for auto manufacturers, vo techs and colleges.
