Michael Pollard is a Management & Program Analyst for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Verification Division, which is a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). During Michael’s tenure with the agency since 2007, he has played an important role in developing relationships with key stakeholders, such as employers, employee advocacy groups, associations, government agencies and the general public, to explain Verification Division programs (Form I-9 and E-Verify), policies and processes. Michael also travels across the country to give presentations and attend conferences on behalf of the agency to educate stakeholders on Form I-9 and E-Verify. Michael has a B.S. in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from Towson University located in Towson, MD.
