Anyone using Reynolds and Reynolds Contact Manager Desking Tool?
Store just converted to CM. The desking tool is very unstable. Anyone have the same issues? What are your thoughts about CM as a CRM?

It has to be the worst CRM Ihave worked with!
U can't merge the leads it created/ duplicates cant merge/all its good for is a desk log! not friendly reporting not friendly just really complictaed in email blasts
