Large Import Dealer in the NY Metro area is seeking a highly qualified Finance Manager / Finance Director, Sales Manager and Used Car Manager

Candidates should be an energetic, dynamic, results-oriented, leader who will assume the responsibility for the development and performance of the Sales and F&I Departments. Candidates should have at least 3 years of automotive dealership sales manager and F&I experience with a solid reputation and verifiable track record of success.

Sales Manager duties include but not limited to:
 
    * Ensure that salespeople are following an established prospecting program to obtain optimum results.
    * 3-5 years Automotive Dealership Sales Manager experience
    * Excellent Closing Skills
    * Ability to motivate, train and mentor sales associates   
    * Keep an accurate count of floor traffic.
    * Implement and monitor Factory Standards and programs to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction.

 

Finance Manager/Director duties include but not limited to:
 
    * Handle all aspects of the F&I Department
    * Well versed in menu selling
    * Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to F&I
    * Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes
    * Must be a strong closer with CSI focus
    * Maintain proper lender mix including Captives and Preferred Lenders
    * Adhere to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines
    * Maximize all insurance product profits and penetration
    * Verify lien payoff balances, automotive insurance policies and customer signatures
    * Verify customer vehicle deposit receipts in house at delivery
    * Assist the sales team with profit structure



Used Car Manager duties include but not limited to:
 
    * Create and organize all sales activities for the Used Car Sales division
    * Work with and supervise Used Car Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met
    * Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
    * Assist Used Car Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed
