Breakeven Analysis

Hello!

 

Newbie Here! My fixed ops manager said hes seen some spreadsheet for tinkering with hours, and Effective Labor Rate to determine how many hours techs have to turn to break even.

 

Is there a library of spreadsheets I can get ahold of?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Dont know about a libruary as there are various ways of reporting profits in aftersales dept (service). To get a breakeven though all you need is the fixed cost base and income to be variable with hours. So, hours, recovery rate,Sales/GP%, add-ons per hour/GP% etc. You then simply do a "what if analysis" - its and excel built in function, with a goal seek of the fixed cost by varying hours.
