We are in a dominant Chevrolet market and our other store (SUZUKI Franchise) is looking for some help with moving some of their product. Any successful tips to get my sales staff to embrace Cross Selling a different product?

Hey Brian,

It never fails, incentivize the Suzi's, and they will fly off of the lot. A sales contest, or progressive plan, 2-$100, 3-$250, 5-$1,000. Something realistically attainable wwithout a huge bogey.
