Rapids Ford Lincoln is currently looking to hire an Automotive Sales Manager / F&I Manager! We are looking for a qualified applicant to help lead our sales staff and are offering competitive pay and full benefits. Previous Automotive Management experience is NOT required, however previous Automotive Sales experience with a proven track record of high performance ARE REQUIRED!

We are also currently looking to hire an experience Automotive Service Manager Previous dealership Service Manager experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Assist in hiring decisions for department, complete performance evaluations and develop short and long-term goals for each department.

Develop, implement and monitor all Sales, Follow-up, and Training processes.

Effectively communicate with the comptroller/office manager to review department forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections.

Monitor daily operations, make changes where necessary.

Explain the policies and procedures of the dealership to all employees and follow up with employees to ensure that these issues are understood and followed.

Provide dealership management with weekly reports on the financial condition of the dealership.

Oversee the monthly financial statement to ensure it is complete, accurate and submitted on time to the management/dealership owners.

Coordinate with the business/administrative office to ensure that records and analyses are correctly maintained.

Create a working relationship with lending institutions and manufacturers.

Coordinate regular meetings with the managers of each department.

Oversee the hiring and training of all department managers.

Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.

Create cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.
