NEEDED

Virginia Beach, Virginia (minutes from the Oceanfront) is currently seeking experienced, highly motivated individuals to join our team. Our Service Writers greet customers in the service lane, assess their needs, liaison between the customer and our technicians and manage the work to its completion. Successful candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks, possess great communication and writing skills, be very organized and exceptionally customer service oriented. Current dealership experience is required. Experience writing for a Ford and/or Lincoln dealership preferred. Candidates must have strong C.S.I. Dependability is a huge factor and will be repaid well.

We currently have 35 Service Technicians, Quick Lube team and 8 Service Writers. We offer higher average income than the local market. We have a major commitment to customer satisfaction so a strong track record in this area is a must. We are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM and Saturday, 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required. Ford and/or Lincoln-Mercury experience preferred.
