We are an Inland Empire Area Import Dealership looking to hire an Experienced Sales Manager and are offering competitive pay and full benefits. Previous Automotive Management experience IS required! Responsibilities:

Forecast goals and objectives for gross and net sales and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis and prepare an operating budget for the department.

Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all sales employees.

Assist salespeople in setting monthly goals and assist on sales and closing deals, as well as approving all deals made.

Track customers and making sure all leads are logged.

Provide effective communication throughout the sales department.

Monitor CSI for the department and ensure proper follow-up for all potential buyers.

Review inventory daily to ensure the proper mix of stock for maximum turnover efficiency.

Recommend specific new-car inventory needs.
