Hi everyone,

I just recently moved from Florida to Ohio and took an Internet Manager position at a Chrysler line dealer.  Floor traffic seems to be ok as they are doing very good numbers with how they do things.  My issue I'm finding is that for the year 2012 there has only been one month where they have sold 11 cars via Internet leads looks like the average is about 6.  My background I have helped take a dealer from about 35 to over 80 sales a month in less than a year.  It was hard work and it was a different market, but I believe it is acheivable to grow quickly if the process is done right.  My problem is I have no idea who to go to about discussing this issue and sales opportunities being missed. I don't want to step on toes or be a know it all, but the potential of this store is great just seems they are very content with what they have been doing up to this time, and want we to just stick with what they have.  So any suggestions on how to tackle this would be great. Thanks everyone, and I look forward to hearing some feedback and making this already successful dealer even more successful.
