Is your Direct Mail or Staffed Event Company Red Flag and AG compliant?

Today many dealers are using direct mail and SE companies to help offset the down economy. One thing that is lacking with 99% of these vendors are the compliance and accountability roles. Impact 180 is the only company that offers a dealer a process to help protect from state and federal compliance issues as well as direct mail scams. Impact 180 starts by using a proprietary software that uploads the mail manifest, this gives an accurate count of mail. We own the call center, this gives us a live operator that only answers automobile campaigns, giving the customer the idea they are talking to someone in the dealership. This process also allows for an accurate count of appointments set with no duplicates. We then have a unique process that counts real time every appoint that shows, holding the call center accountable. The Call center starts by asking for the customers winning number, identifying the customer by first and last name. after verifying the address, a map quest automatically finds the most direct route and then a welcome package is emailed to customer coupled with assigned appointment, map quest and service coupons added by the dealer. Once the customer comes to the store the salesperson registers the customer via laptop. This process allows for the salesperson to collect all data and shows the customer the prize without paper registration. After the customer registers, the Salesperson goes to the desk, desk manger populates the customers winning number to pull up to see if they want a prize or a vehicle. The Manager can then push the data to Dealertrack or route one to pull credit without data entry. The dealer can see real time from his office, home or smart phone, the up count, appointments, sold units and gross. When the sale is over the dealer can export all data to there CRM for future business. This also gives the dealer accurate analytics for future campaigns.
