Hello,

   I am looking for some input......I currently run 2 specialty days during the week. Tuesday is Senior Day (10% off any maint/repair and free car wash) and Thursday is ladies Day ( 10% off any service,free car wash and free manicure from 8-12).

     ladies day has really taken off. Our appointments have doubled and gross has doubled for the day. On the other hand, Senior Day has not grown in the past year. I am thinking of just having everyday "Senior Day" and change Tuesdays to a new special. Any suggestions???? Thanks for your input!

Well, after doing some research on your city and dealership, we see that the median age in west haven is 37 and the population is 52 percent women so it makes sense that the ladies day is taking off and the senior day isnt especially considering the season. If i used the senior service special i would only use it durring the spring and summer months because the retired population may only be seasonal residents. With that said, i would consider targeting specialties brand days such as z days and altima days based on sales data for highest performing models.
