Just looking for a bit of feedback (opinions, suggestions, comments, etc) as to which online chat provider is the better choice.   Currently have ContactAtOnce but also been told to check out ActivEngage and have had some initial conversations with them.

 

Does anyone see benefits of one vs. the other?   Am I missing out on some things from one company that not offered by the other.

 

Not unhappy with our service but just want to be sure getting the best bang for the buck so to speak.  Only doing the in-house chat software options - not the managed chat.

 

Any info would be appreciated.
