Most dealers are starting to search for a method, strategy, or system to build their online reviews.  They realize that the majority of car buyers read reviews prior to going to filling out an online application, visiting the lot, or even calling the dealer.

Several reputable studies have estimated 60-81% of car buyers read reviews prior to purchasing.

Anyway, having said all that...

Some overzealous dealers and/or companies charging them money to help build up their reviews may cost the dealer a ton of money long-term and perhaps, short-term.

Do NOT buy reviews. (It's easy to get caught.)

Do NOT have a bulk of your reviews come from the same IP address. (Even though you may be getting perfectly honest reviews from happy customers on a laptop or tablet setup at the dealership...it may backfire.)

If you are struggling to build up your reviews and you need a trust building system there are reputable systems.  Of course, I am biased towards ours.

P.S.  Are you struggling, thriving, unaffected, or somewhere in between when it comes to online reviews and a trust building system?
