We focus on training a group of skilled Finance Managers and Directors but we never focus on there personal needs, we never focus on there true skills... we send them to a day or two of training and hope for the best...
For the past several years I have treated Finance Departments as a Professional Sports Team... I am there Coach and I do just that...I Coach the Team....I have watched Penetrations Increase, Profits Increase, Presentation of the menu mastered and Product Knowledge become second nature....
