Product Trainer


Travel the country helping dealers adopt award winning automotive CRM solutions from one of the fastest growing companies in America.  

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


 

1. Provide On Site instruction on operation of VinSolutions family of services.

2. 80% Travel.  Overnight travel required.  

3. Adopt installation process to address dealership needs, while ensuring core competencies are addressed.

4. Document attendance, manage service tickets, track expenses, and all client communication in company CRM software.

5. Maintain excellent marks in post training survey results.

 

QUALITIES WE ARE SEEKING IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate rapport-building ability with his/her customers, and exhibit a passion for high level customer satisfaction. Management expects him/her to be resourceful and exhibit good judgment while handling technically complex customer issues which may require diagnosis before achieving resolution. Throughout the performance of his/her duties, the successful candidate will provide his/her clients with technically accurate information.

Requirements
  • Retail Automotive experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Capacity to teach customers of all skill levels
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft OS, as well as Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Sale Force CRM software preferred
  • Technical computer experience a plus.
