I am passionate about the auto industry and in helping dealers and their teams be more intentional and effective to achieve better results. My area of focus is leadership, culture, communication, and teamwork. I have a vast amount of resources I can lend to the journey for dealers. I currently write articles that have been published by Dealer Magazine, do weekly blog posts and daily short videos (during the Covid-19 Crisis). I will continue to develop materials and resources to inspire managers to become great leaders.
