Internet Marketing and Customer Experience is our biggest ongoing effort. I work in a extremely successful process oriented dealership. As a Internet Director I am constantly looking for new ways to stay ahead of the competition with Online marketing and evolving the online customer experience. We have a Internet team of 9 sales and 3 BDC reps who handle only Internet customers. I am here to learn others best practices as well as help others who are hoping to build a online presence!
