I read an article on communications.

It said that the weakest skill most people in the job market is lacking is communicating.

I find it lacking in Sales Consultants and Managers as well.

The ability to look someone in the eye and talk.

The ability to use Words, Tone and Body Language properly.

It amazes me.

Words make up 7%

Tone Makes up 38%

Body Language makes up 55%

It's not the words or facts

that get you the job or the sale.

It is your attitude.
