Hi my name is Jennifer and I'm a BDC Manager for a Toyota Scion dealership in New York and my dealership will be transitioning from Higher Gear to Dealer Socket.  This will be my first CRM transition and I would love to get some insight on how I can help make this a smooth transition.  Any advice on questions I should be asking of Dealer Socket and Higher Gear for that matter would be greatly appreciated.  Are there any other BDC managers who have made this transition who can make me aware of obstacles and problems that can arise that I should be aware of? Email Template and Letters Advice?  Schedule Advice?  Business Rules Advice?   Again thank you Dealerelite community for your help!
