Mercedes-Benz Berlin Fashion Week Kicks Off In True Mercedes Style

The Berlin Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week is fashionably under way, beginning on 15 January and running all the way through 18 January.

Berlin Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week

The Berlin Mercedes-Benz Fashion shows began at 10:00 am on Monday with Hien Le on the runway, best known for his fashions that focus on simplicity, style and quality, three factors that the new Mercedes CLA Class also has with its sleek lines and sophisticated interior.

There were a few surprises along the way in Fashion Week as well. Lena Hoschek surprised by revealing an ultra-feminine line that had the crowds talking in the same way that the new Mercedes-Benz A Class has had people talking. Surprises are good when it comes to revealing fashion as well as powerful cars. The A Class has a lot of metallic finish in the interior as well as a lot of technology, including iPhone integration and Attention Assist. The attention is always in the detail, regardless of whether one is talking about fashion or cars.

Top designers around the globe are anxiously awaiting the opportunity to parade their models down the runway, turning heads in new prints, new cuts and new styles that will be sure to grace the covers of fashion magazines throughout 2013. Some of the designers who will have a big reveal at this year’s shows include Nomi by Naomi, Dawid Tomaszeski, Patrick Mohr, Sissi Goetze, Sebastian Ellrich and many more.

These trendsetters know how to portray a good thing when they’ve got it and makeup is only used when it’s necessary to make a point – similar to the way there are so many glamorous colors to choose for a new Mercedes. The different colors simply help to bring home a point and call out for attention.

The Berlin Mercedes-Benz Fashion Monday ended with Stephan Pelger, a Romanian designer who released his new IconIrony collection yesterday. This is a collection focused for women who can afford not to take themselves too seriously. It features powerful color combinations in the way that the new Mercedes A Class features power. Pelger’s designs are black and gray with strong color combinations of dark red and other colors. The A Class has a wide range of engine systems that include a 154 hp and 208 hp engine, with options in petrol or diesel.

Fashion week continues throughout the week with many more talented designers still waiting to present their stunning lines and bold new designs. These designs will be used to define fashion for 2013 – and be used by other designers around the country who can only hope to duplicate and never truly encompass the designs that will be presented on the stages and runways of Berlin. Mercedes-Benz, too, is a designer that has been used as the premiere car manufacturer that has set to define the automotive industry.

It is only right that one designer promotes another designer. The Mercedes-Benz Berlin Fashion Week is an annual event that’s held in Berlin every year. There are also other Mercedes-Benz fashion weeks held throughout the world, including one held every year in New York at the Lincoln Center.
