I will briefly introduce myself. I was born in Argentina in 1950, married, two daughters. I got a degree as Certified Public Accountant at the University of Buenos Aires in 1974, then I followed a Management Development Program at IAE (one of the most famous business schools in the country); I am currently pursuing a degree in Philosophy at the University of Buenos Aires (95% progress). I joined Ford Argentina in 1973 in the Finance area (Ford Argentina is a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company and one of the most important companies in the country). Since 1990 I performed a number of different management tasks in the MS&S area, specially in the aftersales activity (service operations, logistics, M&S, etc). I had the opportunity to lead a number of sucessful initiatives that improved operating metrics, customers satisfaction and sales. Recently I elected to retire under a pension plan program, and I am willing to start now a new own business offering consulting services to Dealers and others.

I am interested to learn from other's experience in the group and - hopefully - share my own experience with others.
