Now, more than ever, the internet is a vital source for dealership.  Rather than waiting for buyers to walk up onto your lot, you MUST reach out to potential buyers and gain their business.



It is time to work harder and smarter. Tips for stores to increase sales during this unique time:

1. State how your store is handling the Corona virus, steps, procedures and specials.

2. Reach out to ALL leads. Get the internet department help, all closed lost or pending leads need to be worked, worked again and one more time. Optimize each and every lead.

3. Answer internet leads immediately; email, phone and send a walk around video of the vehicle to the consumer. Earn their business, state features, current specials and buying options.

4. Ensure your store has some kind of eSign process so that all transactions can be done via the internet. Quote, Finance, Docs, Sold.

5. Most important, BRING the vehicle to the consumer. Don't wait for lot ups. Go to the buyer and close the deal.

Use the internet to your advantage. Stores that do the above can get through this time; plus, adapt this increased internet focus forward for more sales in 2020!
