I realize your post has been out there for some time now. I suspect few here know the RV let alone boat industry any better than you. Having had some sales experience with one of the largest dealers I am confident I am someone who you can bounce your ideas off and get pretty decent ideas. Not sure I would advice discussing your profit margins in a public forum. Feel free to reach out and I will provide you some insight into what others in your sector are doing.
