I was a service writer for 5 years and just was recently promoted for the service manager position. The dealership was purchased one month ago and I was chosen to train the service department on standards and procedures and was offered the position. The dealership is under staffed and was not performing efficiently so I have outlined a plan to increase profit, efficiency, and productivity.
